Documented footage shows a car owned by the terrorist and supporter of the de facto authority (Arabic language teacher / Amir Al-Youssef) storming a peaceful demonstration of Alawite civilians at Al-Azhari Roundabout in Latakia city.

According to the documentation:
• The car carried out a deliberate run-over attack against peaceful demonstrators.
• The attack resulted in multiple serious injuries among the demonstrators.
• The crime led to the martyrdom of the young man Haider Sajee’ Rabee’.

The footage also shows elements of the General Security apparatus of the de facto terrorist authority facilitating the car’s passage after the run-over attack, without any intervention to prevent the crime or apprehend the perpetrators, indicating direct coordination and facilitation of the violation by the General Security apparatus of the de facto terrorist authority.
