استُشهد فجر يوم الأربعاء الشاب حيدر سجيع ربيع، من أبناء حي الدعتور في مدينة اللاذقية، متأثرًا بإصابته البالغة التي تعرّض لها جراء عملية دهس متعمدة على أساس طائفي استهدفت متظاهرين سلميين من الطائفة العلوية في دوار الأزهري على مرأى الأمن العام الإرهابي مع تأمين فرار المنفذ دون محاسبة.
تفاصيل الحادثة الموثّقة:
• وفق مصادر محلية، اندفعت سيارة من نوع “كيا سبورتاج” يقودها أحد المؤيدين للسلطة الانتقالية باتجاه تجمع لمتظاهرين سلميين في دوار الأزهري.
• أسفر الهجوم عن إصابة عدد من المتظاهرين بجروح متفاوتة، كان من بينهم الشاب حيدر سجيع ربيع كإحدى أخطر الحالات.
• رغم إطلاق حملة تبرع بالدم مساء الثلاثاء في محاولة لإنقاذ حياته، حالت إجراءات حظر التجول دون وصول عدد كافٍ من المتبرعين إلى المشفى، ما أدى إلى وفاته متأثرًا بإصابته.

• يُظهر شريط مصوّر موثّق لحظة دهس المتظاهرين السلميين على مرأى من عناصر أمن متواجدين في المكان.
• كما يُظهر التسجيل حالات تهليل وتشجيع من بعض المحيطين المحسوبين على التيار المؤيد للحكومة الانتقالية، والتعامل مع الفعل بوصفه “عملًا بطوليًا”، بدل إدانته أو السعي لمحاسبة مرتكبيه.
معلومات خطيرة مرافقة:
• أفادت عائلة الضحية بأن عناصر من الأمن العام أجبروا ذوي الشاب حيدر على التوقيع على إفادة تفيد بأن الوفاة ناجمة عن حادث سير وليس عملية دهس متعمّدة مرتبطة بالمظاهرات، كشرط لتسليم الجثمان، وفق رواية الأهالي.
وبذلك يرتفع عدد شهداء المدنيين العلويين في اللاذقية إلى أربعة، إضافة إلى شهيد في سهل الغاب بريف حماة، فضلًا عن استشهاد يوسف حسن داؤود في هجوم طائفي بتاريخ 29 كانون الأول/ديسمبر.

At dawn on Wednesday, Haidar Sajee‘ Rabee‘, a resident of Al-Daatour neighborhood in the city of Latakia, was killed after succumbing to his critical injuries sustained in a deliberate, sectarian-motivated vehicular attack targeting peaceful protesters from the Alawite community at Al-Azhari Roundabout. The attack occurred in full view of the terrorist General Security apparatus, which facilitated the perpetrator’s escape without accountability.
Documented Incident Details:
• According to local sources, a Kia Sportage driven by a supporter of the transitional authority deliberately drove into a gathering of peaceful protesters at Al-Azhari Roundabout.
• The attack resulted in multiple injuries among protesters, with Haidar Sajee‘ Rabee‘ suffering the most severe wounds.
• Despite launching a blood donation campaign on Tuesday evening in an attempt to save his life, curfew measures prevented enough donors from reaching the hospital, leading to his death from his injuries.Video Evidence:

• The recording also captures cheering and encouragement from individuals affiliated with the pro–transitional government current, portraying the act as a “heroic deed” rather than condemning it or seeking accountability for those responsible.Serious Accompanying Information:
• The victim’s family reported that General Security personnel forced them to sign a statement claiming the death resulted from a traffic accident, not a deliberate vehicular attack linked to the protests, as a condition for releasing the body, according to the family’s testimony.As a result, the number of Alawite civilian fatalities in Latakia has risen to four, in addition to one martyr in the Al-Ghab Plain in rural Hama, and the killing of Youssef Hassan Daoud in a sectarian attack on 29 December.
