تم توثيق قيام عنصر تابع لوزارة الدفاع التابعة لعصابات الجولاني الإرهابية بتصوير نفسه ونشر المقطع على حسابه الشخصي، مظهرًا ذلك بكل فخر، وهو يرتكب انتهاكات خطيرة بحق متظاهرين سلميين من أبناء الطائفة العلوية.

تفاصيل الانتهاكات الموثّقة:

• دهس متظاهرين سلميين من الطائفة العلوية باستخدام مدرعة.

• التلفّظ بعبارات مهينة ومسيئة بحق المتظاهرين وبحق الطائفة العلوية.

• إطلاق الرصاص باتجاه متظاهرين سلميين.

• توثيق الجريمة ذاتيًا ونشرها علنًا، بما يعكس تعمّد الفعل وغياب أي رادع.

It has been documented that an individual affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the de facto authority filmed himself and published the footage on his personal account, openly and proudly displaying the commission of grave violations against peaceful demonstrators from the Alawite community.

Details of the documented violations:

• Running over peaceful Alawite demonstrators using an armored vehicle.

• Uttering degrading and abusive statements against the demonstrators and against the Alawite community.

• Firing live ammunition at peaceful demonstrators.

• Self-documenting the crime and publishing it publicly, demonstrating clear intent and a complete absence of deterrence or accountability.
