الغالبية العظمى من التعليقات تشكرهم وتحييهم على التضليل المتعمد لأجل حماية الإرهابي الذي شرع في القتل عن طريق دهس متظاهرين سلميين.

المقطع ما زال موجوداً ولم يحذف، رغم التعليقات التي تكشف التزوير الإعلامي.

يأتي هذا النشر رغم التوثيق الواسع لكون السيارة نفسها أداة هجوم إرهابي في 28 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، وما رافق ذلك من إشادة علنية من موالين للسلطة بالفعل الإجرامي، مما يشير إلى تعمد قلب الحقائق وتبرير العنف الطائفي.

A Syrian state-run media outlet engaged in incitement and distortion of facts when the

Al-Thawra

newspaper published misleading content on December 29, depicting a vehicle previously used to run over peaceful demonstrators as having been “attacked as public property.”

The vast majority of comments praised and supported this deliberate misinformation, aimed at protecting the perpetrator who attempted to kill peaceful protesters by vehicular assault.

The video remains online despite widespread exposure of the fabrication and public criticism of the media falsification.

This publication comes despite extensive documentation showing that the same vehicle was used in a deliberate terrorist attack on December 28, accompanied by public praise from supporters of the de facto authority for the criminal act—indicating an intentional manipulation of facts and justification of sectarian violence.

This behavior highlights the role of state media in covering up crimes and participating in sectarian incitement, within a broader pattern of systematic media bias since a pro-transitional authority administration took control of the Ministry of Information.
