• Jaafar Suleiman Mahmoud was detained approximately three weeks prior to his martyrdom by members of the عصابات الجولاني الإرهابية.
• During his detention, he was subjected to severe torture and beatings.
• Field sources reported that he was placed inside a car trunk during his arrest by the عصابات الجولاني الإرهابية elements.
• He was later released to his family in extremely poor health.
• Upon leaving detention, he suffered from loss of speech and hearing as a result of the torture endured in prison.
