تُظهر مشاهد موثّقة قيام عناصر جهاز “الأمن العام” التابع لعصابات الجولاني الإرهابية بإطلاق الرصاص الحي بشكل مباشر على متظاهرين سلميين في مناطق من الساحل السوري.

وأسفر هذا الاعتداء عن:
• سقوط شهداء في صفوف المتظاهرين السلميين من الطائفة العلوية الكريمة.
• استخدام قوة مميتة دون أي مبرر قانوني.
• انتهاك واضح لحق التجمع السلمي والحق في الحياة.

تأتي هذه الوقائع ضمن سياق قمع ممنهج يستهدف المدنيين، في ظل غياب أي حماية أو مساءلة، ما يرقى إلى انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.
