Executed Body of An Alawite Man Found Near Al-Rabiya Restaurant in Baniyas

This morning, the body of Bassem Moeen Dalla was found near Al-Rabiya Restaurant in the village of #Barmaya, in the #Baniyas region. He had been shot in the head execution-style, just a day after being abducted by #HTS jihadis, who are controlling the area.
