Suleiman Rashid Saad was forcibly taken from his home by HTS and General Security under the guise of investigation. He never returned. The perpetrators not only executed him but gruesomely ripped open his chest, removed his heart, and placed it on his body, leaving his father to face an unimaginable horror. This act qualifies as a war crime under international law.
