تم توثيق مشاركة أطفال في هجوم طائفي استهدف الأحياء التي يقطنها أبناء الطائفة العلوية في مدينة اللاذقية، في أعقاب أعمال تخريب نفّذها أنصار #الجولاني .

📹 مضمون المشاهد الموثّقة:
• ظهور أطفال يحملون أسلحة بيضاء.
• ترديد شتائم طائفية وتهديدات بالقتل، من بينها عبارات مثل:
• «حنذبحكم ببيوتكم يا علويّة»
• «نحنا السُّنّة ما بنركع لحدا»
• «نقاتل في سبيل الله»
• صدور هذه التهديدات بشكل علني وفي سياق تحريضي مباشر.

. توثيق حرق وتكسير سيارات وتخريب ممتلكات وأرزاق ومحال تجارية تعود لأبناء الطائفة العلوية، في إطار اعتداءات طائفية استهدفت المدنيين ومصادر عيشهم، بما يشكّل انتهاكًا جسيمًا لحقوق الملكية والحماية المكفولة للمدنيين وفق القانون الدولي الإنساني

⚠️ سياق الانتهاك:
• جرت هذه الوقائع على مرأى عناصر جهاز الأمن العام التابع لسلطة الأمر الواقع.
• تُظهر الشهادات والمشاهد قيام عناصر من السلطة بتسليح بعض المهاجمين وتسهيل تنفيذ الهجوم الطائفي.
• كما وثّق ارتداء عناصر أمنية لباسًا مدنيًا ومشاركتهم إلى جانب المهاجمين.

🔴 Human Rights Documentation | Latakia – Involvement of Children in an Organized Sectarian Attack

The participation of children in a sectarian attack targeting neighborhoods inhabited by members of the Alawite community in the city of Latakia has been documented, following acts of vandalism carried out by supporters of #al-Jolani.

📹 Content of the documented footage:
• The appearance of children carrying bladed weapons.
• The chanting of sectarian slurs and death threats, including statements such as:
• “We will slaughter you in your homes, Alawites.”
• “We are Sunnis; we bow to no one.”
• “We fight in the cause of God.”
• These threats were issued publicly and within a clear context of direct incitement.
• The documentation further shows the burning and destruction of vehicles, as well as the vandalism of properties, livelihoods, and commercial shops belonging to members of the Alawite community, as part of sectarian attacks targeting civilians and their means of subsistence. Such acts constitute a grave violation of property rights and the protections afforded to civilians under international humanitarian law.

⚠️ Context of the violations:
• These incidents occurred in full view of elements of the “General Security” apparatus affiliated with the de facto authority.
• Testimonies and footage indicate that members of the authority armed some of the attackers and facilitated the execution of the sectarian assault.
• Additional evidence documents security personnel wearing civilian clothing and actively participating alongside the attackers.

These documented acts point to a serious pattern of organized sectarian violence involving children, carried out with the knowledge, facilitation, and participation of security forces.
