New Syrian Minister of Justice: No awe for women, their place is at home, and neither women nor “infidels” can be judges!!

Muzhir Al-Weis, the new Syrian Minister of Justice and member of the Fatwa Council, wrote on page 12 of his booklet titled “Course in the Science of Sharia Judiciary”, strict conditions he set for the position of judge, the most important of which are:

That the judge must be a Muslim; it is not permissible for an “infidel” to be a judge. According to his definition of an infidel in another book titled “Creed and Methodology Material”, infidels include Jews, Christians, esoteric sects, and apostates.

That the judge must be male; it is not permissible for a woman to be a judge for several reasons, including: prohibition of her mixing with people, her original place being the home, and that the judiciary is a position of prestige—and there is no prestige for a woman.

I will upload a PDF copy of his booklet “Course in the Science of Sharia Judiciary” to my Telegram channel due to its lesser risk, but I will refrain from posting his other books in full so as not to contribute to spreading this extremist Salafi ideology among members of the Sunni sect. Unlike the books of Abdul Rahim Atoun and Anas Ayrout, Al-Weis’s books are far more insidious and cunning.
