The city of Latakia witnessed sectarian attacks, during which attackers loyal to the terrorist Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham carried out the following violations:
• Destruction of commercial shops belonging to members of the Alawite community.
• Live gunfire directed at the homes of Alawite civilians.

These violations reflect the systematic nature of the attack against civilians and their property on a sectarian basis, occurring in a context marked by the absence of protection, accountability, or any effective deterrent.
