🔴 انتهاك حقوق الإنسان – التمييز الطائفي في مدينة حماة
تم توثيق حالة رفض دفن مواطن من الطائفة العلوية في مقبرة بمدينة حماة، فقط بسبب انتمائه الطائفي (#علوي).
خلال الواقعة، قام مجموعة من الأشخاص بتصوير أنفسهم في فيديو يظهر تبنيهم لأفكار متطرفة – فكر ابن تيمية، الذي تتبناه وتدعمه عصابات الجولاني الإرهابية فلول تنظيم داعش الإرهابي.

• “هاي التربة الطاهرة ما بيندفن فيها خنزير. خنزير شبيح.”
• “يروحوا يدفنوه عند العلوية، يدفنوه عند حافظ المدفوس، الله يلعنه وينعل روحه وروح هادا اللي بده يندفن.”
• “هاي هون مقبرة أهل حماة، نحن آباؤنا وأجدادنا مجاهدين.”
• “نحن ما بنسمح لأي خنزير ينقبر هون عنا.”
هذا التصرف يشكل خطاب كراهية مباشر وتحريضًا طائفيًا ممنهجًا ضد الطائفة العلوية، ويعكس سياسات التمييز الطائفي المستمرة، التي قد تؤدي إلى انتهاكات أوسع لحقوق الإنسان، بما فيها الحق في الحياة والكرامة وحق الدفن اللائق.
🔴 Human Rights Violation – Sectarian Discrimination in Hama City
A case has been documented in which a citizen from the Alawite sect was denied burial in a cemetery in Hama City solely because of their sectarian affiliation (#Alawite).
During the incident, a group of individuals recorded themselves on video expressing extremist ideas—aligned with the teachings of Ibn Taymiyyah, adopted and supported by the terrorist remnants of ISIS and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham.Transcript from the video:

• “Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. We are the people of Hama City – Syria.”
• “No pig should ever be buried in this sacred soil. A thug pig.”
• “Let them go bury him with the Alawites, with Hafez the buried—may God curse him and damn his soul, and the soul of the one who is to be buried.”
• “This is the cemetery of the people of Hama—our fathers and forefathers were fighters.”
• “We will not allow any pig to be buried here.”This behavior constitutes direct hate speech and systematic sectarian incitement against the Alawite community, reflecting ongoing sectarian discrimination policies that could lead to broader human rights violations, including the right to life, dignity, and a proper burial.
